I'm a young guy who will almost definitely be going into the fitness industry(probably going to major in kin and then go on to PT school). I just love sports and fitness all together and am wanting to devote a small portion of my reddit time to learning a good basis for the field of fitness. I have a pretty good knowledge as it it just going through sites like mobilitywod, but It would be nice to have a book or website that I can progress through slowly that would be useful to learn now. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Good book, but you have to have the patience to read all the way from start to finish in order to get all the main points. In my opinion, this book suffers from problems with organization and the writer has an abrasive writing style (and probably personality).
