It’s the late 1930s and the world stands on the brink of a new and terrifying war. The Nazis are seizing control of Europe and the Allied powers have banded together to put an end to Hitler’s ambitions. In Hearts of Iron IV, it’s up to you to take control of one control and move as history moved or carve your own path through the scarred lands of Europe and change the trajectory of events forever. Will Germany triumph? Will Soviet Russia seize control of the war when the timing is right? Will one of the allied superpowers betray the others? Or perhaps it will play out as it was supposed to. That’s for you to decide.

Hearts of Iron IV is the most inviting entry to come out of Paradox Interactive’s historical grand strategy series. The tutorials and interface have been reworked and the game guides players into its many complex rules more efficiently than ever before. Our own reviewer here at GameWatcher found the game to be one of the best romps through history of any in the Hearts of Iron IV series and graced it with a lofty 8.0.

Of course, when you’ve learned all of history’s nooks and crannies and wish to augment its rich tapestry further, it may be time for mods. That, friend, is where we come in. Tweaks, balances, and additions to the game are coming out already. We’ve sifted through what’s available and gathered it here to give you a few new extra tools to play around with when it comes to historical domination.

Updated: 14/03/2017

More Provinces Mod / Created by Delincious

Hearts of Iron IV is fairly good about separating the smaller states of the world up by their land on major continents, but some areas look a little lazy and leave something to be desired. Enter this mod, which comes in to separate provinces more properly in the lands of South America, Africa, Tibet, Canada, and more. Over 1000 new provinces have been added, making running and managing campaigns in these regions all the more fun and engaging to control.

Millenium Dawn Australian Tree / Created by Kaiser1871

Now this is a fantastically in-depth addition to the Millenium Dawn mod which can be found further down in this list. In the modern age, you’ll be able to take on a fully realized Australian campaign featuring accurate political advisors, new focuses and paths, and over 100 events that will task your ability to survive as leader of Australia in the brave new world.

Random Country Placement / Created by Dear lord

Now this is a mod that will challenge you to adapt every time you start another Hearts of Iron IV campaign. With it, every single nation’s geographical location will be randomized at the start of your new games. Will you attempt to win WWII with Germany from the coasts of South America? Will America be forced to strive from the heart of Asia? This one presents fascinating opportunities and for interesting outcomes in every game you play.

No More Guarantees / Created by Fiatil

What if you could take on a game where the United States didn’t have a massive stranglehold on the entire Western Hemisphere? This mod makes it possible by removing guarantees from a 1936 start by making them far too expensive to gain with political power. That means no Monroe Doctrine and no Pax Americana. Furthermore, Italy will no longer have its guarantee on Albania. This world is about to shift power with a various countries staying out of the business of others at extremely crucial moments in time. Be there to see it happen and take advantage.

Soviet Republics Expanded / Created by Erwin Von Rommel

Would you like to have some level of agency or even play from the perspective of the various nations that were combined under the state of the Soviet Union? This mod makes it possible. Under this mod, each Soviet State becomes their own country separate of Russia with their own generic focus trees (though they’ll still start as puppet extensions of the Motherland). Can you take on one of these nations and break the control of Russia on your land or will you fall in line and be there when the Kremlin calls on you?

Formable Nations / Created by TheCrafterESP

Did you ever want to create your own nation by way of your political and military prowess, outside the lines of the major players of the world? Now you can. This mod makes certain countries capable of forming nations by acquired local required states, being at peace, and gaining political might. Do what you must to succeed and you’ll be able to form a core amid all uncored states complete with a name and flag of your choosing. Can you build your empire from a humble foundation?

Dawn of Arabia / Created by Kriplaik

Now this is a campaign centered entirely on Saudi Arabia. This mod brings in a new focus tree for the entire Arabian Peninsula as well as new generals, unique events, new starting technologies and more with the goal of restoring the Saudi Islamic caliphate. Can you take Saudi Arabia from a state of isolated law and poor infrastructure into a powerful and flourishing nation with the eyes of the world upon it?

RPM for HOI4 / Created by fabermanj

White cloth texture

This is a updated version of the popular Realistic Progression Mod for Hearts of Iron III. Reworked for Hearts of Iron IV. This one is meant to supply an enormous wealth of new models, equipment, and units for all naval, air, and land units without doing any harm to the regular performance of the vanilla game. This mod is set to supply the most comprehensive change in combat visuals and availability we’ve seen yet in the wide universe of Hearts of Iron IV mods and it will only continue to get better.

Kaiserreich / Created by Kallar Duskwood

The world moved on after World War I, but not the way you expected. In this distorted timeline, the Central Powers prevailed. Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire succeeded in victory against the Triple Entente. Nations rose and fell and history was rewritten. Now, you will take the reins of a nation in this parallel world and lead them through numerous events of the altered timeline. Will you make one of the Central Powers a glorious and unstoppable juggernaut in world affairs or will you attempt to rise from the shame of defeat and become something from nothing in this misshapen world?

Arstotzka Rising / Created by Dr Halo Smith

A new set of nations come to Hearts of Iron IV based on the hit indie game, Papers, Please! This mod features the newly placed countries of Astotzka and Kolechia, along with political and military leaders and parties, military divisions and generals, and accurate city, town, and names. This mod will bring the content of Papers, Please to life in a new and cool way with further expansion planned based on the events and lore of the dystopian security checkpoint game.

Enhanced Peace Conference AI / Created by Neutrino

If you’d like sensible decisions out of your adversaries and allies when it comes to the Peace Conference function of Hearts of Iron IV, this mod might help you on your way. It adjusts the AIs of most players to be more in line with what their military and political motivations should be in accordance with history. More sensible strategic demands will be made (like not demanding land the nation has no immediate access to) and, overall, other nations will use the Peace Conference to often gain the upper hand in ways that will actually be beneficial to them.

Economic Crisis 2015 / Created by Santilian

It’s 2015. The world has come to the end of a series of poor management and unfortunate ends that have allowed a global economic crisis. It’s up to you to take a player in world affairs and turn this crippling situation around. This mod takes players from 2015 to 2040 as they take their selected country and try to survive world events as markets dry up and die off entirely. Will your country survive the collapse and find its way to prosperity?

Increased Manpower from Non-Cored States / Created by Alstreim

This mod is a simple addition to Hearts of Iron IV, but it’s effect will likely be sweeping. Simply put, 2% manpower for all non-cored states isn’t really enough to do anything. With this mod, that bonus is increased to 30%. The idea is not to break the game, but instead make those non-cored states matter that much more and even offer small progressing nations an opportunity to perhaps become a heavy hitter with the right moves.

Uniform Reskin Pack / Created by Skyllio

This is meant to be the uniform mod to outdo all uniform mods. If you’ve been looking for a troop reskin that just about does it all, then this comes pretty close. With this, Germany, Canada, Australia, Norway, Ireland, and many other countries get a comprehensive uniform overhaul to bring them much closer to their historical counterparts and create a new level of accuracy in man to man warfare in Hearts of Iron IV.

Infection - A HOI IV Scenario / Created by MrKmproductions

War was just one part of the equation that brought the rise and fall of nations. When technology went too far and the Infection happened, everything became survival. This mod brings a zombie outbreak to Hearts of Iron IV. The Horde will spread outward and kill and ravage until every last person is infected. It’s the duty of the surviving nations to put their differences aside and bring this terrifying threat to an end. Will you help save the world or will your nation crumble and burn with it?

Destroy Faction With Members / Created by Valentin Gopnik

Tired of being caught in a faction well after the work is done or feel like pulling off something more than a little dastardly? In the vanilla Hearts of Iron IV, you couldn’t betray an alliance after a war ended. Now you can. At the cost of 300PP, this mod allows you to dissolve any faction you are leading at any time you choose, provided you are willing to pay the price. Time to do some backstabbing on a grand scale.

The Great War / Created by The Great War Devs

Now this is one heck of a scenario addition. The first World War comes to Hearts of Iron IV, but we’re not just talking slapping the years together and sending you off on your way. Historical events, factions, proper weaponry, and other features accurate to the time period are included as you pick your nation and choose a side in either the Triple Entente or the Central Powers. What will become of Europe when the blood dries and the dust settles? That’s for you to determine.

No Resistance / Created by cofu

Exactly as it says, this mod addresses the problems that resistance creates among the AI in Hearts of Iron IV. Instead, it removes the resistance feature from territories and forces them to rely on manpower instead of political power. The idea is to force the AI to make better decisions about resources and deployment when it must consider the actual strengths of its overall forces.

Divisions of Renown and Infamy(MORE COUNTERS!) / Created by ThatGingerBastard

Tired of divisions being lot in annoyingly non-descript grey boxes filled with ‘x’s? Just as much for organization and clarity as for customization, this mod adds over 140 new NATO counters to the game for numerous world powers to make divisions stand out much more than they would otherwise. Never lose track of your most favorite military forces again.

Armored Car / Created by Admiral Caon

A new armored car technology tree comes to the available Hearts of Iron IV tech options! This mod allows most nations to build new armored cars and specific nations get specialized variants of their very own. The mod allows for three different variants and upgrades of each car to be built in specific years as well to keep this tech tree growing and versatile over time.

Improved Interface / Created by Akvilon

If you’re tired of dealing with an unintuitive user interface that is more hassle than it’s worth to deal with, then this is a mod well worth your time. It brings a new, somewhat simplified and minimalist interface to the game, featuring much cleaner icons, date-time interface, and theatre overview interfaces in addition to new alarms and alerts to name just a few additions.

Non Reflective Water / Created by wildw1ng

If you ever tire of the foggy look of all waters in Hearts of Iron IV as they try to work in reflection of the clouds, this is a good mod for your set. It removes that reflection effect to make the waters of Hearts of Iron IV a little more realistic and less visually offputting.

The Roman Empire / Created by FrostyAce13

This mod brings a rather great what-if scenario to the Hearts of Iron IV formula. What if the Roman Empire had been able to endure and survive up to and into the 20th century? This mod makes the Romans a playable nation among the fodder of the world. Will your new modern Romans survive the wars to end all wars?

Old World Blues: A Fallout Mod / Created by Antonius Magnus

Straight out of the playbook of Bethesda comes a new strategic scenario featuring the large scale conflict of Fallout: New Vegas. Take up the reins of the brutal and zealotic Caesar’s Legion or attempt to bring peace and order to the post-apocalyptic west as the NCR during the iconic battle of these two factions for the Hoover Dam.

More Sea Crossings / Created by Stannis Baratheon

If you feel scorned by a horribly limiting lack of sealanes to help move your troops and supplies to where the fights are, maybe it’s time for an upgrade. This mod brings a ton of new sea crossings to Hearts of Iron IV’s map, making travel all together easier and less stressful in a lot of cases. Some areas become more strategic and new opportunities for victory arise to change up how you’ll approach your conflicts.

Unique Infantry Equipment / Created by Ulmont

Ever get tired of looking at infantry equipment for the lesser involved nations of the world during Hearts of Iron IV’s active period and seeing nothing but generic, disappointingly bland gear on them? This mod aims to bring a little more authenticity to the world. It replaces and renames equipment of every single country in the game to be as appropriate as can be. No longer will you see Weapon 1 or Weapon 2. Every country with an armed force will have named equipment the way it ought to be.

Increased Resources / Created by LukyLucaz

Tired of running short on what you need to continue your war effort? Getting sick of looking at Europe and feeling like precious materials run just a little too scarce there? This mod offers a soft solution. In an effort to rebalance the game, this mod increases the amount of resources that can be found throughout the world, especially around Europe. Don’t find yourself caught up in barren wastelands with nothing to fuel your factories, use this mod and create the great armies you’ve always wanted in theatres otherwise left scarce.

Minor Nation Sprites / Created by MajesticLemmings

This mod is an ongoing project to bring some extra variety to countries outside of the big players in Hearts of Iron IV. over 200 new sprites come to the game, representing the combined arms of lesser invested nations like Hungary, Finland, Romania, Canada, and Australia. With more nations on the way, this mod is on track to supply a much more personalized experience to whatever nation you intend to play.

World in Flames 1942 + Downfall 1944 / Created by amynase

Get ready to take on two new and in-depth scenarios in your Hearts of Iron IV Campaign. World in Flames is a balanced scenario that puts players in the thick of World War II in 1942 when both Axis and Allied powers were still standing strong in their battles against one another. Downfall is a different and heavily lopsided engagement near the close of the war in 1944. You can take the allies and finish the Nazi regime once and for all or take up the reigns of the desperate and exhausted Axis powers against an advancing Allied front looking to put the final coffin in your empire.

German tank equipment + planes / Created by Rudi Mentär

If historical accuracy is important to you, this mod is a good step towards taking Hearts of Iron IV to the next level. It changes most of the German units to look more faithful to their historical look and design. Planes, tanks, ships, rockets, jets, infantry, and AA guns all receive a makeover to most of the units in the German army new historical accuracy.

Hearts of Iron: New World Order / Created by Protroid

If you believe in winning the war on the homefront with your people through politicking before taking them to war against your adversaries, than this mod is well worth your attention. It brings an overhaul to national internal politics that will allow you much more customizability and efficiency in your war machine. Press laws, recruitment laws, and the role of women in the war effort give you more control than ever over events within your borders.

more theatre icons / Created by Steffen

Getting tired of separating your units from each other by the bland and non-descript theatre icons in the vanilla game? This mod is the go-to answer. It not only reworks the current theatre icons, but brings many more to the game to more deeply differentiate unit types and make everything far more identifiable. No need to cut corners, click around, and play guessing games anymore.

The war to end all wars / Created by Eagle020

This is the World War I mod to end all World War I mods. Cheekiness aside, this mod presents a scenario that places players right at the routes of the War to End Wars. As the European nations and royalties gear up to feed their brave men to the war machine, you’ll be able to take one of the many nations directly involved or try to keep your nation alive through the conflict. Will you preserve the defeat of Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire or will you write a new chapter in history on the backs of the Central Powers?

Millennium Dawn: Modern Day Mod / Created by Ted52

Tired of living in the past? Want to take on the world in present and near future times under the direction of world leaders like Clinton, Putin, and Blair? This is your chance. With this mod, you can run the greatest powers of the world from 2000 to 2050. Will you be a preserver of peace or a genocidal maniac? Only time will tell, but the world will be watching as your actions shape global politics well into the future.

Expert AI / Created by Chondrite

If you’ve ever wanted to test your tactical prowess against an AI that cares far more for the most efficient path to supremacy rather than preserving historical accuracy, this is the mod to go all-in on. It overhauls the AI of the game to make smart decisions about where its industry will go, regardless of how actual events turned out. Many nations are balanced and reworked to pursue tactically advantageous techs, fortifications, research, and production. If you’re ready to play to win, so is this mod.

War of the Worlds / Created by Darzall

Ever got into the sci-fi mystique of the many takes on the iconic War of the Worlds novels, films, and broadcasts? Have we got a mod for you. Taking inspiration from the 1938 broadcasts, the popular H.G. Wells book, and the 2005 movie, this mod allows to play as or against a new Martian invasion. As the Martians attempt to overtake national superpowers, will you withstand these terrifying invaders or will you take up the role of the galactic aggressors to crush the puny Earth resistances?

Clearer Unit Selection Mod / Created by Roflbinflood

Are you enjoying Hearts of Iron IV, but suffer under the unintuitive UI when it comes to unit selection and deployment? This mod is here to help. It brings simplification and clarification to unit selection boxes, identification, and organization, making it far easier to find, select, and order the proper units around with greater ease than players can find in the vanilla game.

Improved Equipment / Created by Jamryl [I.D.S]

This is a small mod, but it brings a slew of new changes that can bring about hefty results. Equipment is now expanded with a great deal of new options for most categories of units. In for a war in the icy winter? Equip your soldiers with Winter Clothes for survival and morale! Need better aircraft speed and range? Equip them with new Drop Tanks! Each new piece of equipment brings sensible and upgradeable bonuses to whatever unit they are attached.

No Mans Land / Created by YellowMoonshine

It occurred many times throughout the WWI and WWII theaters, a land practically impassable due to such chaotic terrain and deadly defenses that armed forces were forced to circumvent it or face high casualties. Now this place exists in Hearts of Iron IV with the help of this mod. The Sahara Desert will become a far more difficult terrain, providing new choke points and strategic opportunities to all sides of the conflict.

The best iron for clothes

Micro Models / Created by Imperium

There’s more than a handful of people that feel aircraft units in Hearts of Iron IV to be slightly obnoxiously sized. This mod will offer a pleasant solution for them. It reduces the size of the aircraft units to a more reasonable, smaller size that works perfectly and will suit your aesthetic tastes. No longer entirely fortresses of the sky, your smaller planes will appear as the hornets of the sky they ought to be.

+Easybuff / Created by CSTG-Inkit

Sometimes you just want to play around with the rules and see what chaos you can create, don’t you? That’s okay. We’ve got a mod to give you just that. +Easybuff adds a line of cheats that you can access and use in single player while the AI cannot. It can be turned on and off in-game and offers several options for you to play around with conditions and bend them to your will. A little experimentation now and then never hurts when it comes to conquering the world.

Historical Portraits / Created by Mauno

Clothes Irons On Sale

Do you enjoy the hand-drawn visages of historical figures or do you want the face of the real fellow in your command window? If you’re a history buff that enjoys the latter of these two, then this mod will delight you. It replaces the commander, general, and officer portraits of most major nations with historical portraits of their real-life counterparts. Nothing against the artists, but to see the actual faces of the figures that rose to power and prominence during this chaotic time lends some level of awe to the game based on their campaigns.

better terrain view / Created by Steffen

If you find yourself staring at Heart of Iron IV’s maps and finding them to be a little bland all too often, then this mod is well worth considering. It offers a color correction for the terrain, adjusting saturation and brightness to make the different features of the map pop that much more. This is a world where great wars are being fought. It just won’t do to have this terrain all blending together.

Tank Size Mod / Created by Aleksi_i

Listen. There is no doubt about it: tanks are war machines! They are roving juggernauts which should be faced with other roving juggernauts or strategic units! So, why are they a bit on the small side? Well, they don’t have to be, especially not with this mod. It aims to adjust and raise the sizes of most of the armored war machines in the game to make them the threatening presence they deserve to be.

More Division Icons / Created by OneInchMan

If you want a little more selection in your Division Designer and Recruit and Deploy user interfaces, than we’ve got a mod for you. This mod adds an extensive selection of new icons to both menus to account for most types of units in the game. Now all units will be available as division unit icons for your use and selection. Give your creative war machine more versatility than ever.

Flavor Names extended / Created by Archangel

Are you tired and bored of going into battle with the same generic names for each of your units? This modder felt similar, so this simple mod was created as a solution. For many of the major nations in the game, this mod adds new unique flavor names to the units instead of allowing the game to just revert to the bland sequential numbering of each unit.

better political map / Created by Steffen

If you’re a little off put by the visuals of the far or near view when it comes to the political map and nearby provinces, this mod will lend you a hand. It changes the transparency of the political map and darkens the colors in near-view in order to give players a better view of the nearby provincial terrain. This mod works well in tandem with the better terrain mod seen above.

DzK Better Counters / Created by Cowboy Gilmour

Do you find yourself struggling a little bit with the tiny and small detailed information attached to most of the units in the game? This mod will allow your eyes to rest. It offers two enlarged and differently re-arranged options, giving you a better visual of the ORG/STR bars, group icons, unit counts, flags, and unit symbols. Never play guessing games with poorly portrayed information again!

More NATO counters / Created by wombatandhisspoonofdeath

Players of Wargame might appreciate this mod, but those with a taste for professional terminology and symbolism will find something to enjoy here too. This mod adds numerous NATO unit icons and symbols to the Division menus in addition to the ones that were already there. You may have noticed that with NATO unit icons turned on, some units will change to NATO icons while others won’t. This mod will cover all of them.

no fog of war / Created by Steffen

Fog of war has a place in strategy games for sure. It provides challenge by obscuring vision to only operational areas within player control. That said, it’s easy to tire of this mechanic after more than a few games. No problem. We’ve got a mod that will allow you to turn fog of war off and allow you to see all terrain past your borders. After all, there are few things uglier in strategy games than seeing a beautiful landscape muddied by a bland fog of war texture.

No Scrolling / Created by Averax

For those of you who just happen to be running Hearts of Iron IV on less than 1080 resolution, we’ve got a treat for you. This mod is made to offer you much more information in your limited screen. By adjusting windows and options contained within, this mod effectively gets rid of scrolling in most resolutions that are 1080p or less. Simple, but the ability to see and consider more information in limited space will no doubt be appreciated.

Less Annoying Naval Alarm / Created by Ravage

Ah, to have a fine naval fleet at your fingertips! It must be great to carry the strength and pride of the seas on your side! That is, it usually is until air raids start occurring one after another and you’re punished with a gauntlet of annoying naval alarms. Good news though: With this mod you won’t go insane or have to buy ear plugs. It will take the annoying high-pitched naval alarm and reduce it to something more pleasant. You’ll still get the message, but you don’t have to suffer extensively for it.

Sims municipal recycling facility machine

Historical Coloured Loading Screens / Created by Viriathus

Let’s not fool ourselves. Loading screens usually suck. They’re often boring asides that offer you little to do but sigh and twiddle your thumbs as you wait for the action to begin. While we can’t promise exciting and interactive loading screens, we can often you this mod to spruce up and make the wait more bearable. It adds 16 fully colorized historical pictures as loading screens to offer you something interesting to look at between action at the very least.

Expanded Industry / Created by Hauptbahnhof Alex

It’s a war out there! Every single resource should count to the utmost! With this mod, you’ll receive an overhaul on the industry system to make use of several different resource producing technologies, efficiency variables, and policies that apply to them. Play your cards right and every scrap of rubber and every square centimeter of steel will be at your disposal.

Historical Flag Pack / Created by Adiya

The world is a wide place full of varying nations and unique flags. Unfortunately, try as it might, Heart of Iron IV doesn’t get every flag correct in the historical context of the times. This mod aims to fix that. It retouches 180 of the 392 flags in the game with historical correct designs, ensuring that the grand majority of nations will bear the flag appropriate to their state.

No Experience for Division Design / Created by Legendarymarvin

Do you find your creative desires stifled by experience costs when it comes to coming up with your own unique and custom division? Not anymore if you have this mod. It takes away the experience cost to formulate custom divisions so that you can arm and stack them as you wish. The only limit is what your strategic mind comes up with.

Charlie Chaplin as Hitler / Created by Dub

A very appropriate jab and lampoon at history. During Hitler’s tyranny, famed silent movie star Charlie Chaplin chose to lampoon the Nazi leader in a movie called The Great Dictator (probably due in no small part to Hitler ruining the reputation of Chaplin’s signature mustache). This mod replaces Hitler’s portrait with that of Chaplin in an iconic and historical comedic role.

Alternative Bookmark Leaders / Created by ♔Shams Tabrizi♔

A simple yet effective mod, if you find yourself wanting to take a leader other than the one supplied automatically for your nation of choice out, then this is the mod to do it with. It allows you to select your leader at the Start Menus and swap them out as you please with relative ease. It can certainly get tiring looking at those same boring portraits time and again. This is your chance to change it up.

Coloured Buttons / Created by Gundahar

A relatively simple mod made for ease of access. Anyone who has ever misclicked a button because of their space and size in relation to one another will savor this one. It adds unique colors to each of the functional buttons in the UI in order to make them each stand out a bit more in their utility. We’re not saying you won’t misclick ever again, but this just might help you out.

Colourblindness Mod / Created by Partario

To those out there that suffer from colorblindness and games that do nothing to offer options suited to you, we’ve got you covered. This mod recolors most of the functional features, graphs, information, and other data in the game so that those with colorblindness will better be able to see what’s going on. Honestly, it’s odd to think that more games haven’t embraced this option, but thank goodness there’s good modders out there.

More Locked Straits / Created by pyrignis

Naval commanders and counter-strategists rejoice, we’ve got a mod that will make naval warfare quite a bit more strategic. Making use of the land fortresses that can lock down a narrow body of water such as the Danish Straits and Gibraltar, this mod adds quite a few additions to which that situation will apply. Players and AI can now lock down naval passage in quite a few new locations that they couldn’t before, offering a deeper relevance to naval warfare and strategic land territories.

No End Date / Created by Lorgan

Listen, if you wish your Hearts of Iron IV campaign could last forever, we won’t judge you. In fact, we’ll downright support your cause and this mod will help your dreams come true. With it, the end date of campaigns is changed to 01.01.9999. You can literally wage war and diplomacy for all eternity if that’s what you really wanted. Just be aware that you’ll eventually run out of things to research. If you don’t mind an evolutionary stalemate, then have at it!

Improved Conscription Laws / Created by Derebeyi

Before Hearts of Iron IV’s release, there were different values in place on how much manpower one could gain from conscription laws. It was lessened for the sake of balance, but where’s the fun in that? If you agree with that notion, then this modder agrees with you. The mod supplies the former values to the game, increasing manpower gains from conscription laws. They might be pretty mad you slam them in uniform, but at least you’ll have as many of those troops as you can get.

When the world entered its second war to end all wars, where did you stand? Were you with the might of the fascist Germany, the cold revenge of Soviet Russia, the liberty of the UK and American forces, or simply a smaller nation staying afloat in the chaos? Whatever your cause, we hope we were able to provide you with some new tools to build your forces and survive the gauntlet. If not, check back soon. New content is coming every day from the mod community and you can be sure that if it’s good, we’ll bring it here for your convenience.
